Commed I A Srl has implemented a whistleblowing reporting system in compliance with applicable legal requirements. The system enables employees, contractors and third parties to report, on a confidential basis, any actual or suspected unlawful conduct identified in connection with their professional relationship with the company.

For this purpose, the company has adopted a dedicated digital platform made available to whistleblowers and the persons responsible for managing reports. The platform is designed to receive and handle reports concerning unlawful conduct or breaches of the company’s Organisation and Management Model and/or Code of Ethics.

All reports are submitted to the designated Whistleblowing Officer, who is responsible for managing the reporting channel and handling the reports received.
