For the Public Employment portal, we managed the development of the Advisory Opinions Database section using Sitefinity.
The section provides a dedicated digital space for consulting the Department of Public Administration’s interpretative and operational guidance on public employment. The database brings together documents published since the early 2000s, organized by type, topic, recipient, and area of reference.
The project focused on the technical development of the section, with particular attention to content structure, document browsing, and search filters. The aim was to make a complex body of information easier to access, helping public administrations, professionals, public-sector employees, and citizens find opinions, circulars, directives, and other relevant documents more quickly.
Built on Progress Sitefinity, the solution provides a clear, well-structured environment fully integrated with the wider portal ecosystem. Improved document classification and navigation have made the information easier to explore and use, resulting in an up-to-date, searchable database designed to support access to the Department’s guidance on public employment.
