The company successfully completed the F.E.ST.E.R. R&D project, developing a new approach to improving resource allocation and service management in the healthcare sector through semantic analysis and user satisfaction assessment. The resulting solution was protected through industrial property rights, and the project concluded with the filing of European patent application No. EP17206321 on 11 December 2017.

The objective of the F.E.ST.E.R. research and development project — “Definition and development of a demonstrative architectural solution for a software tool designed for semantic analysis and the assessment of user satisfaction with services” — was to define a new methodology for optimising resource management in the delivery of healthcare services.
