In compliance with regulatory obligations, Co.m.media Srl has implemented a whistleblowing system, i.e. a tool that allows employees or third parties to confidentially report any illegal or suspected illegal activities encountered during the period of employment.
To this end, the company has adopted an IT platform, i.e. a tool made available to whistleblowers and whistleblowing managers for the purpose of managing reports of illegal activities or violations of the Organisation and Management Model and/or the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company.
All reports are sent to the Reporting Manager, who is responsible for managing the reporting channel.
